Question for Interview.

Is it possible to analyze the content of a phone conversation? If the answer is yes, how do you do it?

If our new client requires these systems to be set up, how many days or terms will be required for it to be set up it for new client?

Do I need to provide night shift support for our customers and client?
I usually do on-site support for customers and clients.

Which the main support provided for customers and clients: on site or remote access support?
I will need to be trained in order to provide support. Could you tell me what does the training entail?

For example, will I need to attend a schools or will there be on-the-job training?

My experience of ERP software.

My experience with ERP software. We implemented the software Microsoft Dynamics NAV as an ERP

System. This system includes categories such as Human resources, Finance, Accounting, Sales and Inventory and Customer management.

But Inventory and Customer management in particular has variations in culture between Japan and foreign countries. I regret that I was not able to customize anything on this system because we need to use it according to the standards of Denmark headquarters and we're not able to train operators for our Japan branch. And the Denmark branch office controlled our primary Database and Application Servers.

So it took me a long time to restore all the data and to set up a new product in their Database Server. I always need to figure out the levels of all the operators in order to not make the same mistakes. And we had a problem where we used ERP software packaging made in Denmark, not Japan. I needed to customize some details for this software for the Japan team and to request customization of the develop team in Denmark.

In addition, we would like to arrange an opportunity to access your English language ability by telephone. This is by no means a test. But more of an informal chat with one of our native speakers. Please suggest a suitable day and time for this,

I would say it is conversational level, because I have been studying it for five years, but have no practical experience in a foreign country. I used it at GN for about three years.

-----From client-----

I sincerely realize that the year-end is very busy for everyone.
However if possible we would like to at least make the first step within this year.

Therefore if it is possible to make time then it would be highly appreciated.

One option is for me to send the Cybertech Country Manager to a location that is convenient for you for a coffee meeting.

Let me know if this could be possible.

I look forward to your reply.

Regards,

-----To client-----

Thank you for your flexibility.

In fact, I cannot tell you a location where we could meet.

Anyway I have a plan to go to Tokyo for another interview between the 5th and 8th of January 2010, but date has not been finalized.

So I will inform you of the day I will be available at the end of this month.

Radio English Conversation Programs

I was 17 years old when I watched the TV title “Emergency Room” for the first time. Obviously, I didn't understand the meaning without Japanese subtitle what actors said.

And I found the Textbook of radio English program at bookstore to study English again. I was listening it for fifteen minutes after school everyday. Sometime I regret that I didn't try to speak English with Radio programs, My English conversation could be better if I did.

The teacher of the programs of English introductory, His name's “Ken Toyoma“ who has professor of famous collage.

Please check his web site.

http://www.kentoyama.com/tindex.html

His lesson style was great because he has a policy that he was willing to speak it with cheerfulness and pleasantness. The lesson we don't have to focus on grammar because it is need to learn the colloquial expression. Toyama spoken up one phrase end of the lesson. “Keep listening, keep practicing and keep on smiling!!

After a year, I choose the next one was "Osugi Masayuki English Radio Programs"

http://www.voicetrek.jp/

His lesson was adolescence drama story. One of the story I liked that a high school student annoyed about his self’s way, he is going to love a girl who working at Restaurant, and his parents have problem about their divorce. The story, we can see many troubles in his life. This story was very popular by women listeners and it was published because of request from them.

I want to recommend it for everyone. Could you access bellow web site?

http://www.amazon.co.jp/Hopes-love-dreams-York-Book%E2%80%95NHK%E3%83%A9%E3%82%B8%E3%82%AA%E8%8B%B1%E4%BC%9A%E8%A9%B1%E3%82%B9%E3%83%88%E3%83%BC%E3%83%AA%E3%83%BC%E3%83%96%E3%83%83%E3%82%AF/dp/4140393165/ref=pd_sim_b_3

I was listening to this radio programs for three years. The good point of Radio English programs were needs to ready to listen it every specific time. Because we were not able to listen it again any more if we don't miss it. I used a cassette recorder to record but it had not function of timer.

At that time, we couldn't use Internet or i-pod but there is good age for learner now. Because we can listen English programs by these tools where ever we go.

----From Agent-----

Can you meet the hiring manager of CyberTech on Thursday 12/24 around 10am in Shibuya?
I look forward to your reply.

-----To Agent-----

Thank you for your message. I cannot answer your question yet. Honestly I would like to say, I hope the interview will be at the beginning of January and not at end of this month.

Of course I would like to meet the manager of Cybertech as soon as possible, but it hard for me to arrange to have a day off within this year.

I would be grateful if you might give me this concession.

Business E-mail to Client No.3

----From Agent----

Have you had end user training before?

Yes, you should know about the programs before you start.

I am not sure how many customers it will be or how it will escalate, but you can find out in one of the interviews.

Please update your resume with some highlight about your training.

----To Agent----

Hello Carol san,

No, I have not had training before; I guess I could use it.

And I would like to ask you some questions.

1. Where are we going to have the interview? Basically, I need to go to Tokyo to meet with a client.
Is that correct?

2. How many days of training does this project require before we start?
Could you answer the questions above?

And I am not going to update my resume because there is nothing for me to update it with.

Reply to recruit agent. 20091217 part 2

Reply to recruit agent.

Thank you for your message, I have been pretty good recently.

I am quite interesting in this opportunity and would like to know the details.

Could you please answer the questions below? I will need to be taught Microsoft Live Meeting and Microsoft Communicator for end users.

Is it necessary for me to learn about these tools before the beginning of this project?

You said we provide support for these tools to the end users.

How many users will I have to support per day?

And If I don't know an answer or have trouble, how can I contact a member of Microsoft?

Anyway I already have the equipment and Internet environment you require.

Reply message from recruit agent

Thank you for your great introduction. I have confirmed the message bellowed and is really interested in this opportunity.

I hope you can proceed with possibly arranging a meeting with this client to better understand each other.

Anyway, I have a question about technical support. Do I need to charge of any software like ERP such as Microsoft Dynamics or general support?

For example, Windows trouble shooting covers network, hardware and software.

Based on our conversations and assessment of your background, we believe this option to be suitable and potentially interesting for you.

Please see the details below and let me know if this opportunity does truly interest you and if we can proceed to possibly arrange a meeting with this client to learn more about this opportunity.
